CTAs (Call to Actions) are designed to get your website visitors to the most important pages. You may want them to make a booking for your services, and a clickable graphic can be placed to guide them to that desired page.
This is the basic benefit of having a CTA but sometimes websites simply do not have enough. Most pages will need CTAs to tell the customer what to do next, and a lack of them can prompt confusion for some visitors. It’s important to know that different visitors browse a website in different ways, and while some will read large chunks of text, others will want icons to take them to where they want to go, so make sure you have a sufficient amount of CTAs, it may well improve your bounce rate.
